Tutorial on How to Connect K62 Smartwatch Phone (FitCloudPro)

K62 smartwatch is a sport smartwatch loaded with features, including Bluetooth calls, and sports. It uses the support app FitCloud pro adding more functions, and options for the wearable. How to Connect K62 Smartwatch Phone

  1. Search and Download the support app “FitCloudPro”, you can also scan the QR Code, that is usually available in the user manual.
  2. Tap to Install to Download the app “FitCloudPro” app
  3. Open the app, once the download is complete
  4. Agree to FitCloud Pro Privacy Policy and User Agreement
  5. The Dashboard will appear for Registration, you can use your email or mobile phone. Or you can “Use without Account”, If you  don’t want to register.
  6. Fill the information for your Profile, input information such as “Nickname”, “Birthday”,”Sex”,”Height”,”Weight”. You can also add your own photo.
  7. It will also ask to set your Exercise Goal.
  8. The support app will ask for permission. It will request for relative position of:
  • Nearby Devices
  • Turn on Bluetooth Connectivity
  1. The app will now search for your smartwatch, if the smartwatch appeared on the search dashboard, tap on it to pair with the smartwatch. Depending on the wearable, there are times that a notification on the smartwatch will appear asking to acknowledge the connection.
  2. Once the pairing is successful, you are now Connected to the Support app.

Setting Up the Basics

Turning on Push Notifications – Tap on Device to go to the settings of your smartwatch. Select Push Notifications,  and toggle on the apps, as well as SMS. If the app ask for permission to enable notifications, allow permission to activate.

Enabling Raise to Wake Feature – Tap on Device menu, go to the Raise to Wake Menu, then enable the option.

Setting 12 Hour Format time – Tap on Device, then Select Hour Style Mennu, set the time to 12 Hour format time.
