Spade and Co just updated their line-up for smartwatches. We have here the next wearable, the Spade and Co smartwatch 2020 version. Similar to previous versions, the smartwatch has a rectangular design.

Measuring just 42 mm x 37 mm x 11 mm, the smartwatch is thin and light weighing 38 grams only. The body is made from stainless steel, rounded edges, simple finish but with durable body. It has a single physical button on the side that is rectangular ins shape and works as a power/home button.
It has a simple design looking like a Amazfit BIP with a different physical button. The simple design of the smartwatch is accompanied by a sporty breathable silicon strap. Most of the smartwatch with the same design has a plain silicon strap, with the Spade and Co smartwatch, it is more of a rugged type that we see in rugged smartwatches. It is more durable, sweat proof and tightly locked with its stainless steel buckle.
Color Display with Full Touch Screen Operation
According to its promotional materials, the smartwatch has a 1.3” inch IPS Color LCD screen. It is sharp, crisp with touch screen operation. And on top of the color screen is a 2.5D Corning Gorilla glass display. It is scratch proof, bump proof and with crystal clear clarity. I think the only thing I don’t like about the display is the wide bezel on top and the bottom of the screen. Having a narrow bezel is the trend today and makes the screen display much wider.
Anyways, the overall body of the smartwatch is waterproof, it can withstand up to 50 meters of depth. I think it is safe to say, that the device is splash proof, wash proof. Although it is waterproof up to 50 meters, the company don’t recommend to wear it while swimming or dive with it.
Hardware – Packed with the Latest Processor, Long Battery Life
Available in multiple languages such as Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Japanese. The smartwatch is powered by Nordic processor, nRF52840. It is known to be fast and with exceptionally low energy consumption. It has Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity compatible with Android 4.4 and up) as well as iPhone (iOS 8.0 and up).
We don’t have the exact capacity of the device, but according to the company, the smartwatch has a long standby time of 30 days in just a single charge.
