Amazfit Band 6 Passes FCC Certification – Another Amazfit Fitness Tracker

Seems like it is not just Amazfit Band 5 that is in the works. Yesterday, the another wearable was spotted in the FCC database. Huami just registered the Amazfit Band 6, yes another fitness tracker aside from the upcoming Amazfit Band 5.

With the FCC ID 2AC8UA2005 and an application date July 07, 2020. The documents shows that the fitness tracker has a product model A2005. So far no details on its specs and features, but one thing is for sure, it coming soon. As the FCC certification is usually an indication that a certain product passed all the necessary requirements and it is ready for release.

Anyways, no details yet the product, unlike the Amazfit Band 5 that its FCC submission comes with a preview of its packaging, with some specifications stated.

Unlike the Amazfit Band 6 with the model number A2005, the Band 5 model number A1931 revealed some few information, it has an AMOLED display, multi-sport modes, a continuous heart rate monitoring and connected GPS. The packaging also showed the battery capacity, it has 125 mAh with Bluetooth 5.0 BLE and compatible with Android 5.0 an iOS 10.0 and above.
