Infinix XWatch H5 Pro Smartwatch Compatible with Strava? Learn How to Sync the Sports Data
If you have the Infinix XWatch H5 Pro Smartwatch and want to sync your recorded sports functions to Strava app, well the XWatch H5 Pro smartwatch has a feature to connect the My Health app to Strava and transfer to the sports data easily. Before we connect the My Health app to Strava, make sure that you already have the Strava app installed and already login/registered.
How to Set Infinix XWatch H5 Pro to Strava app
- Open your My Health application, then go to “Me” menu
- Select Data Sharing and Authorization
- On the Data Sharing and Authorization if Strava is installed on your phone, Strava will appear on the selection
- Tap on Strava
“After authorization, share a workout to Strava when it ends or from Workout records>Workout details using the button in the upper right corner. After authorization is revoked, workout data will no longer be shared to Strava.”
5. Tap Authorize
6. A new page will show with details on the permissions
7. Authorize My Health to Connect to Strava
My Health will be able to
- View Data about your public profile (required)
- Upload your Activities from my Health to Strava
- View your complete Strava profile
- View data about your private activities
8. Select Authorize
Now that the My Health app is already connected to Strava, it’s time to sync or transfer your sports data to the Strava app.

How to Sync Sports Data to Strava
- To sync sports data to Strava, select “Sport” menu
- Then check out the Sport History
- Select the sports activity that you want to Sync with Strava, For example “Outdoor Running”
- Tap on the three dots on the upper right corner of the dashboard
There are two options
- Share Image
- Share to Strava
Select Share to Strava, depending on the gathered data, the app will share the metrics on the Strava app. Please take note that not all data recorded on the support app will be successfully loaded to the Strava app.
