Finally, the Xiaomi Smartband 11 is here, just a week after Xiaomi Smartband 11 Active, the premium version Xiaomi smartband 11 is officially available in the market. Although right now, Chinese is the only version available, but expect that the Global version will be available soon. Looking at the promotional images, and early video review of the wearable, still Xiaomi goes with the trademark design, capsule like body frame. Unlike the smartband 10 that has a PC and ceramic option only, the new band 11 has a more premium material. Now, all metal body frame and with still classic ceramic version. For color options, the fitness tracker is available in pink, green, black, and more.
Xiaomi boast its slim body frame having a 9.9 mm in thickness and lightweight unibody frame, just weighing 1.5.58 grams only, without strap. When it comes to screen display, the Xiaomi smartband 11 has an improved screen. It has a 1.72” inch AMOLED, with a new narrow border having 2mm only. The brightness has improved also now with 2000 nits. Compared to previous model with 1500 nits only. Still, the smartband 11 relies on touch operation, as the wearable doesn’t have a physical button on the side.
With regards to loaded features, the wearable has 150+ sports functions. Still, the same with the previous wearable band 10. Yes, there might be some improvement on the accuracy of its sensors, as well as additional metrics. Still there is no built-in GPS as the 11 relies on connected GPS only.
