Blackview R70 Smartwatch Coming Soon – Equipped with ECG
Blackview just recently teased its upcoming smartwatch, the Blackview R70 Smartwatch. This new wearable focuses on health based on its promotional images.
The image promotes its three main features, ECG, HRV and AI insights. These features might be well integrated with its sports functions, and daily health monitoring features as previous wearable from Blackview also integrates health, and sports functions.
Going back to its health features, the ECG is becoming a top feature for wearables. Usually premium wearables and health focus smartwatch has this function.
With the ECG (electrocardiogram), users can check the status of heart directly on the wearable. Blackview did not provide any images on the location of an ECG button or whether it is integrated on crown button similar to Apple Watch. But similar to other smartwatches with ECG in the market, we expect it to be integrated on physical push button.
Another health feature is the HRV or Heart Rate Variability, with this functionality, it can measures the small changes in time between your heartbeats. On a smartwatch, it is important because it can help indicate stress, recovery, fatigue, and overall wellness.
It can help you understand how well your body is recovering. A smartwatch can track HRV over time, especially during sleep or rest, giving you a better picture of your daily health and recovery.
Another feature is the AI Insights, we can only guess that it may be integrated with health, and sports, providing smart insights on workout, daily health monitoring, and other smart features in the smartwatch.

Aside from its three main features, the wearable is expected to have a 24/7 heart rate monitoring, a blood oxygen monitor and a comprehensive sleep monitoring feature. It may be included also with stress monitoring, breathing guide, womens physiological functions as well as sedentary reminder.
Hopefully, Blackview will improve its support app, adding more options, valuable insights for its health and sports. Talking about sports, a comprehensive list of indoor and outdoor sports is expected.
Of course, it will not be completed if the wearable is not included with Bluetooth call support, with features for phonebook, dial pad as well as call history. There is also a support for push notifications, receive SMS messages, app notifications on the wearable.
