Xiaomi Mi Band 3 is Finally Here
The most awaited affordable smartband by Xiaomi is here, after several months of waiting, the flagship wearable of Xiaomi and the next generation fitness tracker has been made official alongside the flagship smartphone of Xiaomi, the Xiaomi Mi 8.
The smartband still has that signature look of the Mi Band 2, having a capsule like body and uni-body silicon strap. Just like the Mi Band 2, the Xiaomi Mi Band 3 is snapped to the band, it’s a unique design that made the Mi Band 2 par from the rest of affordable smartband.
Based on the latest specs update, the Xiaomi Mi Band 3 has a 0.78” OLED inch screen with 128 x 80 pixel resolution. The smartband is also packed with NFC as well as heart rate monitor, it is also able to track your steps and loaded with sport features.
Just like the Mi Band 2, the smartband has call and message notifications, caller ID as well as you will be able to reject calls directly from the smartband, and based on promotional images and specs it also has weather notifications, alarm, sedentary reminder, swimming feature, sleep monitoring, and social app notifications.
The fitness tracker is available in black, blue and pink colors and with IP67 waterproof rating that can withstand up to 50 meters of water. According to the report, just like its predecessor, the smartband will be in the affordable range and will cost around $25-$30 U.S dollars, it will be available on June 5 2018, right now it is available for purchase in China, but expect that Xiaomi will also release an international version or a global version of the Xiaomi Mi Band 3.
