Requirements
- WIFI Connectivity on your Smartwatch or Mobile Data
- Storage Space for App, more than 4 GB
- Google Play Store Preinstalled
Tutorial
- Activate your WIFI connectivity on the smartwatch or the mobile data. You need to connect to the internet to be able to download, and install the app
- Go to the main menus, and open the Google Play store
- Search for the app, Youtube, you can either use the virtual keyboard of the smartwatch or use voice command. I prefer to use the latter as it is easy to dictate the word to search than type the letter one by one on the very small virtual keyboard of the smartwatch.
- Tap on Install to download the Youtube App
- Once the download is complete, open the application. You can also check on the main menus if the app is properly installed.
- If you have a Youtube account, you can login with your email or password, if not, you need to register an account.
- If everything is set, you can browse on the app, check for your favorite videos, and watch it directly on the smartwatch.
Please take note that despite that you can open the app on the smartwatch, the experience is very different from the smartphone. Small screen, and depending on the smartwatch, browsing or playing the video on the wearable is a bit slow, and not that sharp.
