[Any Solution?] Lenovo HW01 Disconnecting from the Support App

The Lenovo HW01 is the first fitness band by Lenovo, it is a cheap smartband that provide fitness and health metrics for fitness fans.  So far when it comes to the band, it received positive reviews from its users, the sensors such as pedometer, heart rate monitor is close to the actual count.

It’s a good smartband, it is sporty looking, clear display as well as lightweight and with a lot of options, but after several months there are some complaints on the support app, especially when the latest update has been rolled out, based on the comments most of the problem is related to the Android support app.

Some of the issues that users encountered is the issue of disconnection, according to the complaints, the band is always disconnected to its support app. The band keeps get disconnected, some can’t even connect it anymore to the support app. So as the time of this writing, there is no clear solution to this problem, I guess another update might fix the issue.

  • Syncing problem with the band
  • Cannot store or record historical data
  • The update stop in the band
