Motorola is Back in Smartwatches with its Moto Watch, Moto Watch One and Moto G
Finally, the brand that made headlines in the early days of smartwatches, Motorola. It’s back with at least three smartwatches which is very good news for the fans of wearables. And an exciting update for the follower of Motorola.
Three smartwatches are in the making, these are the Moto Watch, this is the rectangular design smartwatch with a sleek, slim bezel. The graphic that surface shows the device has a single physical button on the side and a sporty silicon watch strap. While the two are in a circular design with the Moto Watch One having a casual design with a very thin bezel. On the other hand the Moto G smartwatch is geared for a more sporty look with a thick bezel. All comes in a sporty silicon watch strap but expect that it will be available in other strap such as steel or leather strap.
All of the Motorola wearables run the Wear OS operating system, so it is very possible that these three smartwatches will run the same operating system from Google. It is also very possible that it will run the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, the Wear 3100.
The last smartwatch by Motorola was the Motorola Moto360 3rd generation. It is so far the best looking smartwatch by Motorola with its premium sporty design. The runs the Qualcomm Snapdraon Wear 3100 with 8 GB of internal memory and 1 GB of RAM. It is packed with sensors such as accelerometer, gyroscope, barometer, HRM, ambient Light. For connectivity it has Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi b/g/n, NFC, GPS / GLONASS / Beidou / Galileo. And it is powered by Wear OS by Google and compatible with Android and iOS operating system.
There is no news yet if when will be the exact release date of the stated smartwatches from Motorola (possible June in the photo) but based on our experience before, when news and leaked photos of the device hit the web. It will just a matter of time that these smartwatches will be out in the market.
