Finally, it is here, after a week of Xiaomi Mi Band 6 released, as expected the copycat/clone of the Xiaomi Mi Band 6 is here. Introducing the M6 smartband, wearable with a sporty look/lightweight design similar to the Xiaomi Mi Band 6.
This wearable is available for purchase on different shopping site, and checking its promotional images, there is uncanny resemblance to the smartband by Xiaomi. Design
Similar to the Mi Band 6, the M6 Smartband has an oval shape with a PC body, we are not just sure whether its strap is removable similar to the Mi 6. But similar to the M5, there is a huge possibility of the replaceable strap (we will update you more on this soon). The smartband is available in different color options pick from black, pink, dark blue, yellow and orange colors. Overall body is IP67 waterproof rated, it is splash-proof, dustproof it has standard waterproof protection, whether its rain, sweat of splashes of water.
For its display, the M6 Smartband has a full-color TFT LCD screen display with touch screen support. Similar to the Xiaomi Mi Band 6, the smartband has a full colorscreen, no more rectangular screen display. The M6 smartband has a slim bezel with an almost edge-to-edge screen, rounded on both end.

Health Monitoring Function
When it comes to health sensors, the smartwatch has several sensors such as heart rate monitoring, based on its product images. The smartwatch has accurate heart rate tracking, it is also equipped with blood pressure monitoring, and blood oxygen monitoring. It is a 3 in 1 with its health sensors, providing detailed information with your vital stats.
Additional health monitoring is the sleep function, it monitors the duration of your sleep, the quality, the deep sleep, light sleep.
Multi-Mode Sports
Get fit with its multi-sports mode, it calculates the steps, distance, calories and heart rate. Sports included in the device are running, skipping rope and situps. Similar to M5 smartband, the M6 might be loaded with only three sports, which is dissapointing, especially that the M6 is supposed to be an upgrade.
Personalization features
The band is preloaded with watch faces, if it is connected via the FitPro app, you can download more watch faces available in the support app. Pick from beautiful different backgrounds that suit your personality.
The M6 smartband supports different languages, pick from different languages that suits you. At least 13 languages are supported on the device. Languages supported are Russian, German, Italian, Japanese, French, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic, Korean.
Other functions expected in the smartwatch are calling and message notifications. Regarding its notifications, it will pop-up an alert accompanied by a slight vibration to notify you. It also has a social app support such as Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and more. There is also a sedentary reminder, remote camera, anti-lost feature.

Initial Review of the M6 Smartband
When it comes to the design, obviously the smartwatch is a clone of the Mi Band 6, looking at the images, the wearable is somewhat similar in appearance. But with our experience with the M4 and M5 smartband, there is a huge difference in materials used as well as the manufacturing assembly. Anyways, the display is impressive as the screen was almost able to copy the edge-to-edge display of the Mi Band 6.
For its features, particularly the OS, seems like we don’t see many upgrades on it, still pretty similar to the M5 smartband with its sports and other feature offerings which is disappointing. I guess there are some improvement on the watch face section where more watch faces is added to the device.
