Design and Build Quality
Similar to other Kospet wearables, the smartwatch has that sporty, trendy, futuristic look. Still, it has that Optimus smartwatch feel, durable, ceramic + PC body, masculine look with two wide physical buttons on the side. It measures 52.5 mm x 17 mm in thickness, sporty, digital robotic feel. I guess the Optimus name is just right, it goes with the look of the device.
Unlike other smartwatches with dual camera set-up, which has a fixed separate camera. The Optimus 2 smartwatch has a rotating camera, yes it rotates and can be used as a front face camera, and photography on side camera. And that’s not all, it also has a flashlight, I think it is the first smartwatch in the market to have this functionality.
Display
The wearable has a 1.6” inch full circular color screen. The IPS LCD screen has a 400 x 400 pixel resolution with sharp, crisp full color. Similar to previous Optimus wearables, the Optimus 2 has a good color and brightness display.
Hardware
The Kospet Optimus 2 smartwatch runs the Helio P22 + PAR2822 processor. The second chip is for motion sensing and Bluetooth connectivity. For its memory, the smartwatch has 64 GB of storage space and 4 GB of RAM. It is fast as well as you can store a lot of photos, download popular apps for your wearable. Regarding its connectivity, the smartwatch has Bluetooth 5.0 + BLE 5.0, WIFI, 4G connectivity with its nano-SIM slot support. It supports FDD LTE, TDD LTE. For the sports fans, the wearable is also equipped with GPS/A-GPS/GLONASS/Beidou for map trajectory during outdoor workout. When it comes to battery life, the smartwatch has 1260 mAh with 1-2 days of battery life in normal usage.
