We have the tutorial below, a step by step process on how to setup Xiaomi Smartband 11 Active to phone.
How to Setup Xiaomi Smartband 11 Active
- Scan the QR code of the Mi Fitness app on the user manual, it is also available on the smartband, or you can just search the name of the app on Google Play Store “Mi Fitness”.
- Tap on Install to download the application on your mobile phone
- Once that the download is complete, it will automatically install it on the smartphone
- Open the Mi Fitness application
- Tap on Start
- Agree to Access location, and Access Activity info. Tap on “Agree” to our User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
- Select your Region, then tap next
- The app will ask you to “Turn on New Stats”
- To add your Xiaomi Smartband 11 Active, tap on device
- If you are not registered, create a Xiaomi account and Sign-in
- After a successful login, the app will ask you to activate, relative position and nearby devices, tap allow.
- Additional permissions are Turn on Sync
- If the app will not automatically search for your smartband, tap on “Add Device”
- The Mi Fitness app will now search for your fitness tracker
- Select the fitness tracker when it appears on the search dashboard
- A code will appear on your phone as well as the fitness tracker confirming pairing
- Tap Next to set your fitness tracker, such as notification options, incoming calls and other permissions
- Now your smartband is connected on the Phone and the Mi Fitness app

Fitness Tracker Cannot be Found
- Check if the Bluetooth connectivity is Activated, if it is activated, remove other devices that are using it.
- Factory Reset the device, to have a clean setup
