Garmin Quatix 6X Solar – The Ultimate Outdoor Smartwatch
The Garmin Quatix 6X Solar smartwatch is the second device from Garmin to feature a solar charging. The first is the fenix 6X Pro smartwatch, with solar charging feature and variety of features.
This new smartwatch from Garmin, does have an incredible battery life, having 24 days in just a single charge. Its battery life goes up to 21 days in just a single charge and additional 3 days is added when it is solar charging.
When it comes to design, still it has that Garmin look, premium professional Garmin design. Fiber reinforced polymer body, durable, lightweight with titanium bezel and a Power Glass cover. It has a quick release strap making it easy to change strap that you want. The overall body is waterproof up to 10 meters, it is fully waterproof and dust proof as well.
For the display, of Garmin Quatix 6X Solar smartwatch it has a 1.4” inch screen with 280 x 280 pixel resolution. The sunlight visible transflective memory in pixel display makes it easy to read the information even in direct sunlight.
Its added marine feature allows you to take control of your boat using your smartwatch. Additional features includes, connect to Garmin Chart plotter, access autopilot app to change heading, pattern steering. With its built-in Fusion link lite app, you can control the onboard entertainment. Additional sail functions included are Garmin Sail assist capabilities, premier coastal charts.
Of course it got the usual functions and feature that we see in Garmin wearables. Functions such as smart notifications, music, Garmin pay, sport features, heart rate monitoring and more.
