Xiaomi Smart Band 11 Global Version Is Now Available
Finally, the global version of Xiaomi’s much-awaited fitness tracker is here. The Xiaomi Smart Band 11 is the premium version of the Smart Band 11 Active. The Smart Band 11 was released several weeks ago in China, but some of its features and functions were limited to the China region. Now, its global version is available. Let’s take a look at the new features loaded into the wearable.
Display

Xiaomi boasts a wide-screen display with symmetrical ultra-thin 2.0 mm bezels. It features a 1.72-inch AMOLED screen with a 212 × 520-pixel resolution. The wearable also has an ambient light sensor that automatically adjusts the display brightness, with a peak brightness of up to 2,000 nits.
Design
The company continues with its signature pill-shaped design, featuring a lightweight and slim body that weighs only 15.58 grams. The thickness has also been reduced by 9% compared to its predecessor. According to Xiaomi, there are also improvements to the quick-release mechanism, while the triangular area has been reduced by 10%.
For the strap, Xiaomi has introduced a textured design compared to the smooth TPU strap of the Band 10. This new design helps reduce heat buildup while improving comfort and breathability during wear.
For color options, the wearable is available in Midnight Black, Glacier Silver, and Mystic Rose. There is also a Ceramic Edition available in Pearl White.
New Features
For more accurate heart rate monitoring, the fitness tracker comes with an upgraded PD module and a dual-PD high-precision heart rate sensor. It also supports abnormal heart rate alerts and all-day heart rate monitoring. The wearable can share real-time heart rate data with third-party apps and cycling computers. You can even track your heart rate underwater while using its swimming sports functions, providing enhanced swimming metrics.

The Xiaomi Smart Band 11 also improves iOS integration with dual-device notifications. Both Android and iPhone users can receive notifications when the band is connected to supported devices.
The wearable also offers improved controls, supporting not only Bluetooth music control but also short-video controls for platforms such as TikTok and YouTube Shorts. It is also interesting to see support for e-books and PowerPoint slides.

Available with a Ceramic Edition and an aluminum alloy frame, the fitness tracker features a 1.72-inch AMOLED touchscreen with a 212 × 502-pixel resolution, up to 2,000 nits of brightness, and a 60 Hz refresh rate.
It has a 5 ATM water-resistance rating and comes with a new strap design. Its sensors include an accelerometer, gyroscope, compass, optical heart rate monitor, and ambient light sensor. For connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 5.4 and NFC, depending on the version. The Xiaomi Smart Band 11 can last up to 21 days on a 233 mAh battery.
