Verizon Smartwatch Survey 2022 – Is it Legit or Scam?

Verizon Smartwatch Survey 2022 – Is it Legit or Scam?

Well, seems like it’s already a tradition for scammers or product promoters that are not affiliated with Verizon Wireless, to use the popularity of Verizon again to promote something.

With regards to the Verizon smartwatch survey, there are several text messages that users received asking them to answer the survey for a chance to win or receive a wearable. Participating users can either receive a smartwatch or a smartband.

Below are some of the promos, that Verizon users receive via SMS messages

Complete the Survey, to receive a smartband from a particular brand, just pay for the shipping

Your bill is paid. Check this gift for you. You will have to answer the survey form, complete it and pay for the shipping.

Some receive the wearable, some do not. But technically it is not a free smartwatch or whatever gadget that you received. I think the shipping is more than $15 USD, and the actual price of the gadget is less than $15 USD, so technically the product is not free if you analyze it.

Please take note that the form will ask you for your credit card upon checkout. There are some users who have experience with the freebies, saying that they were charged the following month after the successful survey.

Now, they don’t have a choice but to block the shopping account for accessing their credit/debit card.

With regards to this, Verizon/Verizon Wireless already answered the complaints. Queries whether the survey is legit, and if it’s from Verizon. The company (Verizon wireless) says that the offer is not from the company. And noted that they are not sending out survey in exchange for a product.

Please take note that this is a SCAM survey, if you tap or click on the link, it will open an unknown website with the survey/form for signing up for a FREE wearable.  As noted by some Verizon has nothing to do with the text screen, and will not do anything to recover the amount you paid for the shipping and other charges.
