Tutorial on How to Setup MyWatch+ App on Android Smartphone
MyWatch+ App is a companion application for several smartwatches, the application is available on Android and iOS platform, and a lightweight app that is less than 100 MB only. The support app is loaded with different options for smartwatches, including option to download watch faces, adjust the time, and set notifications. We have the details below, on how to setup your smartwatch with the MyWatch application.
The tutorial below is for Android smartphone only, if you are using iphone or iOS platform, the steps is not far from the setup process on Android smartphone.
How to Setup MyWatch+ App on Android Smartphone
- Search and download the app “MyWatch+” app on Google Play Store. Tap on “Install” button
- Agree to Use Protocol and Privacy Policy
- Set or Update your “User Profile””, this includes information such as “Sex”,”Height”,”Weight”, as well as “Age”.
- MyWatch+ will load the dashboard
- There are at least 4 main menus, “Data”,”Equipment”,”Exercise” and “Mine”.
- Tap on “Equipment” to add your device
- Select “Add Device” to setup your smartwatch
- The app will alert regarding permissions, this includes
- Coarse Location Permission
- Fine Location Permission
- Bluetooth Connection Permission
- Bluetooth Scanning Permission
- Bluetooth Broadcast Permission
- Agree to permission if you want to continue
- Just Select “While using the app”, or “Only this time’
- If the smartwatch appeard on the “Dashboard”, select it to pair with the “MyWatch+” app.
- If the battery, MAC address and the name of the smartwatch appeared on the dashboard, you are now connected.

- Tap on Equipment, then select Message Push, you can toggle on or off the “Call Remind”, “ SMS Remind”,” and application such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp.

- Select ‘Frequent Contacts” on the Equipment dashboard, tap on the + sign to add numbers from your smartphone.
