Sometimes complicated problems need only a simple solution. After installing the support app for the first time. Most of the time based on our experienced, you need to restart the app or the phone itself to be able to connect.

3. Add it to Bluetooth Section

If the auto search features of the support don’t work, sometimes the device needs a bit of a push. I tried this several times before and so far it works.

Go to your “Settings”> Select Bluetooth and activate. You will see a list of devices discovered by your Bluetooth. If your smartwatch is not yet paired, tap on the device to pair it. If the device is paired already, try to unpair it and pair it again. Then proceed to the support app to sync or add the smartwatch.
