Samsung Galaxy Watch is Here – Specs, Features and More
Finally Samsung unveiled their new smartwatch, the Samsung Galaxy Watch, yes its not Gear S4 or another sport tag on its name, but instead Samsung named it Galaxy Watch, a name more inclined to its Galaxy line-up smartphones.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch even with a different name, feels like look like it is still the Gear line up with its rotating bezel just with improve specs and features. The smartwatch comes in two sizes and model, an LTE and non-LTE version, the larger version is the 46 mm with 1.3 inch AMOLED display and with 320 x 320 pixel resolution, it weighs 63 grams and comes in different colors onyx black, deep ocean blue, basalt grey. The smaller version is the 42 mm with 1.2 inch screen and weighs 49 grams, both smartwatches has a, always on display and protected by a Gorilla Glass DX screen.
Overall design shows a sporty looking smartwatch with waterproof rating (IP68), up to 50 meters. It runs the Tizen based wearable 4.0 and with the processor Exynos 9110 dual core 1.15 Ghz. Connectivity includes WIFI, NFC and built-in GPS with sensors acceleromter, gyro, barometer, HRM, ambient light.
It is a beautiful looking smartwatch, and oaded with tons of features like hands free Bluetooth music, alarm, schedule reminder, weather, sleep monitoring, NFC payment, GPS and more.
