Dual time/ World Clock

With Galaxy Fit 3, you can have a dual time watch faces. All you have to do is to download a watch faces for your device. Pick the Dual Time watch faces that is available on the support app. After choosing the app, you can set the time on World Clock Menu that is available on your device. Tap on the device, go to World Clock menu, then if there are no available time for your favorite country or region. Tap on “Edit on Phone” to edit the world clock on the smartphone.

Please take note that you can only add one Region (Time) on the watch face aside from the regular time/clock on the watch face.

Quick Reply Option

 To set the Quick Reply/Quick Response option for your Galaxy Fit 3, open the Galaxy Wearable, Tap on Band Settings, select Notifications, select “Quick Response”. Pick from the pre-defined messages or you can add your own message as the quick reply.

Do Not Disturb Option but with Exemptions

You can choose not to receive messages on your device by activating Do not Disturb option in the Notication section on the app. If you activate Do Not Disturb, you can add an exemption, on calls, and messages or apps.

To set the Do Not Disturb Mode with exemptions, just go to the app, open Notifications, on the bottom part, select
“Phone Do Not Disturb Settings”. There you can set the exemptions for the DND.

Home Button Selection

 Don’t you know that you can add a special function to the home/power button? Yes, you can do this by going to “Settings”, Tap on “Advanced Features”, swipe down and go to “Double Press Home Button”.

There are selection of functions or apps that you can set for the home button. Feature or apps such as Samsung Health, Media Controller, Find My Phone, Weather, Calendar, Settings, Timer, Alarm, Stopwatch, World Clock, Camera Remote, and Calculator. You can also set it to recently accessed function or apps.

Changing the Orientation of the Home Button

For those who want to change the location of the Home button, you can easily adjust it. Tap on Settings, select General Menu, then select Orientation. There are two option for the Orientation Wrist (select left, right), and Button Position( left, right).

Activating Automatic Activity Sport Recognition 

You can set your Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 to monitor the sports automatically. At least 6 sports it automatically monitored once it detected that you are doing the activities for several minutes. Go to Settings, select Samsung Health, toggle it to on, “Activities to Detect”. At least 6 sports are supported, Walking, Running, Elliptical Trainer, Rowing Machine, Pool Swim, Dynamic Workout. You can also opt not to detect some of the above sports like Pool swimming, or Rowing Machine if you don’t like.

 Debugging/ Test Mode

If you want to test your wearable or debug any issue, you can do that with the Galaxy Fit 3. Go to “Settings”, select “About Band”, Tap on Software Information, and, on the “Software verion” double tap to activate the test mode. In the secret menu, you can do some testing, as well as other test feature such as Fall Detection, Inactive Time Reminder, Reset, Sleep Start, and Alert Start. There are also some information about your device, such as Software Version, Hardware Version, FCC certification, SKU code, and more.
