H-Band app, is a popular choice for health focus smartwatch in the market. It is usually the support app, for new smartwatches that have a health sensor such as ECG, or blood sugar monitoring feature. It’s a lightweight support app that is easy to install, no need to sign-up, just install, and pair, with of course setting up the initial permissions.

The support app features a dashboard for health such as sleep, BP, HR, and fitness, sports, as well as setting option for the smartwatch.  A menu page where you can download additional watch faces, set the notifications, time, alarm, and more.

Problems and Issues with the H-Band App

The H-Band app is missing a section for chart/graphs for the blood sugar monitoring

Yes, we also notice this, and a disappointing issue especially that the blood sugar monitoring is one of the features that is marketed in newest smartwatches. Sadly, there is no other solution for this except that we have to wait for an update where this feature is already added.

My Smartwatch Keeps on Disconnecting after Pairing

When you pair your smartwatch to the support app, and after a successful pairing, the smartwatch keeps on disconnecting. You might want to check the version that the smartwatch or the app is compatible with. Also try to disconnect other devices that is using the Bluetooth connectivity on your phone.
