- Search and Download the QWatch Pro app on Google Play. You can search, or just scan the QR code on the smartwatch or user manual.
- After installation, open the application. It will ask for several permissions.
Below are the permissions:
- Allow QWatch Pro to send you notifications?
- It will also ask for relevant permission for contact list, phone calls, and SMS messages, as well as positioning permission and background positioning permission.
- Allow QWatch Pro to find, connect to, and determine the relative position of nearby devices.
- Allow QWatch Pro to access photos, videos, music and audio on this device.
Before you can pair your device, it will ask to turn on your Bluetooth.
- On the Dashboard, there are at least 4 icons, “Home” icon where you can see the results of your data on health, Sports and other functions. There is also a section for watch faces, profile, and the smartwatch. To setup your device, you need to tap on the smartwatch logo.
- On the dashboard of the smartwatch settings, tap on Add Device. It will ask again to activate your GPS. Activate your GPT to proceed.
- Allow QWatch Pro to access this devices location. Select from “While visiting the app”, ”Only this time:, “Don’t allow”.
- The QWatch Pro will automatically search for your devices, if your smartwatch appear on the list, select to pair it with your smartphone.

Possible Solution:
