How to Pair Dee Fit App with your Smartwatch
We have here a tutorial on how to properly, set your Dee Fit App, the tutorial below is for Android phone, but if you have the iOS platform, or iPhone, the process is almost the same. See the step by step tutorial below, from downloading the app to setting permissions for different features of your smartwatch like Bluetooth call, push notifications and more.
How to Pair Dee Fit App
- Search and download the Dee Fit app on Google Play. You can search the name of the app or you can scan the QR code of the Dee Fit App.
- Tap on Install to download and install the app on the smartphone. Here are the details about the app.

- Open the Dee Fit App, and Agree to Privacy Policy and User Agreement
- The app will also ask to allow the app to run in the background, tap to confirm.
- After the initial permission, the Dee Fit app will ask you to complete your personal information. Information are Gender, Height, Weight, as well as Year of Birth.
- The App will notify you with system permission application
- Notification Access
- Location Access
- Contacts and Call Access
- Location Information
Tap to “Confirm”
- It will now load the Dashboard of the app. There are at least three main menu, Health and Activity section, Personal Center, and the Device Section.
- Tap on the Device Section
Before it can search for the device, it will ask again for permissions
Permission to:
- Access Phone Call Logs
- Find, connect to, and determine relative position of nearby devices
- Make and Manage Phone Calls
- It will also ask to turn on Bluetooth if not activated
- The app will now search for the smartwatch, when the device appears, tap on the smartwatch to pair it with the Dee Fit App.

How to Enable Push Notifications
Go to Device menu, then select “Message Push”, then activate the app that you want o receive notifications. If the permission for notification is not yet enable, just allow the permission for push notifications.
How to Add Phone numbers to your phone
The same setup, just to to the ‘Device Menu”, select quick communication, then add the phone number on your smartwatch.
Change the Unit to Celsius to Fahrenheit
If you want to change the settings to your smartwatch like unit of measurement from Celsius to Fahrenheit, go to “Devices” menu, select other settings, then select “Unit settings”.
How to Activate Heart Rate Warning
Go to the “Device” menu, then select “Other Settings”, then select “Heart Rate Warning”, option, set the desired setup for your heart rate monitoring.
