Oukitel A16 Smartband

Design – Oukitel got a new wearble in town, a fitness band to compete with the latest smartband in the market such as MGCOOL Band 2, Xiaomi Mi Band 2 and Zeblaze Zeband 2, well the more the merrier they say.

The new smartband is Oukitel A16, it’s a smartband that look like the Xiaomi Mi Band 2, and it looks pretty similar to it except for the touch key button and the 2D screen. You can say it is somewhat like a copycat of the Mi Band 2, in terms of the design.

The Oukitel A16 has a 0.42 inch OLED display screen, unlike the Mi Band 2 with a flat screen, the A16 has a 2D screen based on the rendered images. Well for the band, if you are familiar with the Mi Band2, the Oukitel A16 looks like it, and it is available in 4 colors, black, blue, green and orange.

Under the Hood – the smartband is powered by DIALOG DA14580 processor with fitness features such as pedometer, a heart rate monitor (LST1303) the heart rate could either be set as dynamic or static heart rate. Other features of the watch includes calorie counter, distance calculation, sleep monitoring, sedentary reminder, notification includes call reminder, social sharing, with 60 mAh polymer battery with 15 days standby time, just 5 days shy compared to Xiaomi Mi Band 2.
