Garmin quatix 5 Sapphire

Design – Garmin continuous to improved its Quatix line up with the latest version of Garmin Quatix 5. A smartwatch built for the sea, it’s the next generation marine GPS smartwatch.

The Quatix 5 options include a glass or sapphire crystal with stainless steel body in combination of fiber reinforced polymer. It weighs a bit heavy due to its reinforced waterproof body but its ok the smartwatch is built for tough life at sea. Its IPX7 waterproof up to 10 ATM.

The display is also power saver and viewable even in direct sunlight with its transflective memory in pixel (MIP).It has a 1.2” inch  screen with 240 x 240 pixel resolution providing clear and sharp color display.

Under the Hood – with memory of 64 MB and connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth 4.0, the smartwatch features several sport and fitness features. Sensors and function include gps-glonass, garmin elevate wrist heart rate monitor, barometric altimeter, compass, gyroscope, accelerometer, thermometer. Additional features are auto activity and sport tracking, running features,autopilot control, remote waypoint marking, data streaming, sail racing assistance, built-in fusion-link™ lite app controls connected stereoactive, can collect collect water sports data to name a few.
