How to Connect FitCloudPro App to Smartwatch, Problems and Issues

The FitCloudPro application is main support app for the KUMI wearables, but aside from that it is also being used by other Chinese manufactured smartwatches in the market. It provides support for smartwatches, such as settings for notifications, setting alarm, watch faces, as well a provide additional details on the health, sports, and other data.

Connecting FitCloudPro App in Android

Step 1. Search and Download FitCloudPro on Google Play

Step 2. After downloading, the app will automatically install on your smartphone

Step 3. When the app is installed on your device, tap on to open the app

Step 4. It will ask for permissions before proceeding to the Dashboard.

  • Allow FitCloudPro to send your notifications”, Allow/Don’t Allow
  • The app will also ask for a Privacy Policy Agreement, tap to agree and proceed

Step 5. The app will load the login page for the FitCloudPro app. You have the following option.

  • Create an Account (Mobile phone/email)
  • Third party login via Facebook
  • Use without Account

Step 6. Fill-up your personal profile, this includes the Birthday,  Sex, Height, and weight plus your profile photo.

Step 7. Set your Exercise  goals, and it will also ask for permissions.

  • “Search/Connect Nearby Device”
  • “Turn on Bluetooth connectivity”, allow to proceed and pair with your smartwatch

Step 8. The FitCloudPro will now search for your smartwatch. Or you can tap on to search or you can scan via QR code. Just Allow the permission to take pictures and record video.

Step 9. If your compatible smartwatch appear on the dashboard, tap on it to connect and pair the smartwatch to the app.

Connect FitCloudPro in iOS

Step 1. Download and Install, with the iOS platform, installing it on your iPhone is somewhat different when it comes to sequence compared to Android. But still permission is required before proceeding to the main pairing of the smartwatch.

  • Permission at the first stage of setting-up
  • Optional Stats tracking

Step 2. Logging in, as guest or register a new account

Step 3. Bind the bracelet via searching the device or QR code scanning

Step 4. If the app is able to locate your smartwatch, and pair it with the application

Setting-up Push Notifications

  1. Tap on the device
  2. Select Push Notifications
  3. Activate Enable Reminder
  4. You choose what application you want to receive, by activating the toggle button. This included call notifications, as well as SMS notifications.

Setting Time to 24 Hour to 12 Hour time

If you want to change the time from 24 hour military time, to 12 hour format standard time. The app supports the following feature, just go to the device page, tap on “Hour Style”, then select 12 Hour time, or you can use the “Follow System”.
