Blackview introduced a new smartband in the market, the Blackview R1 Smart band. This is the entry of Blackview aiming to get a slice of the market in the affordable smartwatch category. The smartband looks sporty and got all the basics including the sports features. Check out the details below on the initial review of its features.
Design and Build Quality
The Blackview R1 smartwatch has a rectangular design. It has a lightweight PC material, with its PC case, weighing 24.3 grams. Looking at the design, it has a sporty look, but we are not sure, as it looks like it has a snap-on strap similar to that of the Xiaomi Mi Band 7. One black PC body with strap available in different colors such as orange, black, green purple and pink.
The R1 looks sporty, and we think it’s a good partner for your sports activity with its sporty lightweight design. It is durable also with its IP68 waterproof rating. Full waterproof protection, protected from splashes of water, it is even safe from surfing, swimming, sweating. It can withstand up to 20 meters of water, with its tightly sealed body, giving it full water protection as well as dust.
As you can see from the design, the smartband has a sporty look, a light fitness tracker that looks like comfortable to wear and solid full waterproof protection. It also drops resistant up to 1.2 meters of height.
Display Technology
With regards to its screen display, the Blackview R1 smartwatch has an IPS LCD with EGS technology. A 1.47” inch full color screen with full touch support. Sharp, crisp screen display with a 172 x 320-pixel resolution, and comes with preloaded watch faces, and available downloadable watch faces, at least 98 artistic online watch faces.
