Amazfit just introduced two wearables, the Amazfit GTS 4, and the Amazfit GTR 4. The wearables have a different design, but almost with the same features. We check on the Amazfit GTR 4 and here is our take on the features offered by this sports smartwatch from Amazfit.
Design and Display
If GTS 4 is more of a fashion meet sport, the Amazfit GTR 4 Smartwatch is a classic meet sport smartwatch. It has a circular body design, with a polished, premium feel look. The smartwatch has a beautiful body. Chamfered edges with one piece aluminum alloy frame. There is a single classic navigation crown with grooves for easy grip, and a rectangular button just below it.
It’s a beautiful piece of smartwatch, and you can really feel the premium design. The frame is available in black, and silver and with straps available in different color options and materials. Pick from fluroelastomer strap, nylon strap, and leather strap options. According to Amazfit, the design is inspired by modern sports cars and streamline style.
The smartwatch is in a medium size body frame, measuring 46 x 46 x 10.6 mm, and weighs around 34 grams. Light and strong built, with its aluminum alloy middle frame, high glass sprayed PC bottom shell. Overall, the smartwatch has a good water resistance grade, a 5 ATM, waterproof rating, it can withstand up to 50 meters in depth.
Display
With its premium design, the wearable also comes with a beautiful full circular AMOLED screen. A 1.43” inch color screen, with sharp, crisp display and with a very high screen to body ratio. It has a resolution of 466 x 466 pixel resolution with 326 PPI. On top of it, the smartwatch has tempered glass with anti-finger print coating, plus with an anti-glare bezel. The top-of-the-line screen display, also comes with features for always on display. And with 30 animated watch faces, 4 interactive watch faces and a custom watch face feature.
