Design

After the Mi watch with and Apple watch look, Xiaomi introduces the Xiaomi Mi Watch Color smartwatch. The smartwatch has a circular design, having a zinc alloy body with a simple minimalist design. It has a metal body with two tone bzel, PC back cover with a sporty TPU removable strap with stainless steel buckle. There is also an option for a leather strap and metal chain strap. The smartwatch looks good and with two physical button on the side for operation. Overall, the smartwatch is waterproof up to 50 meters.

Display

The circular design features a beautiful wide 1.39” inch full color AMOLED display with 454 x 454 pixel resolution. It is a high definition color screen with a beautiful crisp, vivid colors. It has a full touch screen operation with responsive and intuitive menus. One top of that is a Corning Gorilla glass 3^rd generation, known to be a top notch tempered glass screen.

Under the Hood

The smartwatch got a higher specifications, it runs the Qualcomm SnapDragon Wear 3100 processor. Sensors included are  heart rate sensor, acceleration sensor, gyroscope, geomagnetic sensor, barometric sensor, ambient light sensor. It also has NFC connectivity, Bluetooth 5.0 BLE, built-in GOS, GLONASS. On top of these hardware is a Wear OS operating system by Google. The O.S is known  to support a variety of popular apps. It is compatible with Android 4.4 and above and iOS platform.

Features

As expected with the first Wear OS wearable by Xiaomi, the smartwatch is packed with fitness and sport features. It has at least 10 sports m ode having a running outdoors sport, outdoor cycling, off road, mountain climbing, indoor cycling, walking, swimming pool, indoor running, open water swimming and free training. Some of the sports is accompanied by GPS and with First Beat Algorithm.

It has a professional  health monitoring that monitors your physical condition. It also supports voice command to query information with Xiaomi’s own AI. Call and message notifications, multifunctional NFC. It is also loaded with cool watch faces with 110+ cool play dials. Other features included are pressure detection, sleep monitoring,  24/hr heart rate test, body energy monitoring and breathing.

Battery

The Xiaomi Mi Watch Color smartwatch has a large capacity battery, it has 420 mAh lithium polymer battery with 22 days of standby time and 14 days of normal usage. If you are into sports mode and every sensor is activated, the smartwatch for 22 hours.
