Design – Polar followed up its popular Polar A360 smartband, the Polar A370, the band is similar to Polar A360 when it comes to looks, it still has the 23.5 mm x 27 mm x 13.5 mm body with 80 x 160 TFT color LCD with vibrant glass display. The Polar A370 has a sporty look with soft silicon strap with stainless steel buckle, it is also waterproof (WR30).Available in 6 colors black, white, pink, violet, red, gray.
Under the Hood – just like the Polar A360 the Polar A370 is intended for sport and fitness activity, it is a 24/7 activity tracking which includes pedometer, distance counter that includes speed calculator it also has sport profiles. As we all know Polar has been improving its activity tracking for these past few years, making its tracker one of the most comprehensive daily activity tracking in the world of fitness tracker, we also love the Polar Flow which has an adaptive training plan for running. Although it doesn’t have a built in GPS but you can still track your location with the connected GPS. Polar also is boasting its smart calories; keep track of all the calories you have burned in combination with heart rate monitor, Polar says that it can measure your HR accurately.
The Polar A370 has become much better with its continuous heart rate monitoring with its Polar H10 heart rate sensor, it just not provide a heart rate but also provide information for heart rate variability which I think is very important during workout.
Another feature of the Polar A370 is the addition of the Polar Sleep Plus, that tracks your quality of sleep automatically, according to Polar the fitness band sleep feature is able to track the sleep time, the time you fall asleep and wake, the total duration of your sleep.
