Design

After the upgrade for Y68, the Macaron smartwatch, here is another upgrade to the popular affordable wearable, the Y78/D30 smartwatch. A new smartwatch with much-improved design, metal frame measuring 43.5 x 36 x 12.3 mm available in different colors.

Pick from black, pink, and white color options. It is accompanied by a sporty strap that is interchangeable. The wearable looks simple but definitely much better. Overall body is IP67 waterproof rated, it is splash proof and dust proof as well.

Regarding its screen display, the Y78 smartwatch has a 1.44” inch OLED screen with a 240 x 240 pixel resolution. Sharp screen display with a full touch button key operation. And on top is a 2.5D tempered glass with crystal clear clarity.

Hardware

It has several sensors such as g-sensor, heart rate monitoring, blood pressure, and blood oxygen monitoring. For its connectivity, the Y78/D30 smartwatch runs the Bluetooth 4.0 that is compatible with iOS 8.0 and above, Android 4.4 and above platform.

The battery is 180 mAh battery with 40 hours of super long standby time and 10 days of normal usage.

As you can see, based on the specs and features, the Y78 smartwatch is one of the most affordable wearable with a good design. It is not a cheap looking smartwatch. Still an entry level device but with better specs and look.
