Design – the new Xiaomi Mi Band 3, looks somewhat similar when it comes to design approach with that of the very popular Mi Band 2. It has a removable strap that is hypo-allergenic and the body of the band is a capsule like design that is being snap to the band. The screen has some improvements with its elevated 3D glass concave design which makes it look more sporty. The screen is much wider and with touch screen support. It is also IP67 waterproof up to 50 meters allowing the user to wear it during swimming or diving.
Under the Hood – the smartband Xiaomi Mi Band 3, just like the Mi Band 2 uses a low power consumption processor, giving the smartband 20 days of battery life in just a single charge. It features heart rate monitor, pedometer, sedentary reminder, sleep monitoring, weather, alarm.
When it comes to notification, the Xiaomi Mi Band 3 has call and message reminder with caller ID feature and the option to reject calls right on the smartband. So far, this sporty smartband has all the great features of the popular Mi Band 2 with additional improvements.
