The Polar A370 has become much better with its continuous heart rate monitoring with its Polar H10 heart rate sensor, it just not provide a heart rate but also provide information for heart rate variability which I think is very important during workout.
Another feature of the Polar A370 is the addition of the Polar Sleep Plus, that tracks your quality of sleep automatically, according to Polar the fitness band sleep feature is able to track the sleep time, the time you fall asleep and wake, the total duration of your sleep.
