Design
North Edge has a new smartwatch equipped with ECG function, the North Edge N90 Smartwatch. The smartwatch has a metal alloy body with two physical buttons, a power button/home and an ECG button. Its body measures 255 x 36 x 10.8 mm, and looks trendy with its rectangular design.
Accompanying the smartwatch is a TPU/leather strap and features quick-release pin for easy changing. The overall body has an IP68 rating, it is full waterproof, splash prof and dust proof. When it comes to display, the smartwatch has a 1.7” inch TFT LCD screen display, a sharp, crisp, full color with full touch support. It has a good resolution screen display with its 240 x 280 pixel resolution.
Hardware
The North Edge N90 smartwatch runs the Nordic 52832 processer. It is equipped with several sensors, PPG HR chip Ti AFE4404, a blood oxygen sensor Ti AFE4404, body temperature sensor CT1711 and an ECG Ti chip 129.
For connectivity, the smartwatch has Bluetooth 4.2 BLE low power. The battery is 200 mAh with 7-15 days in normal usage while 3-40 days in standby time mode. The smartwatch is compatible with Android 4.4 and above, iOS 8.2 and above.
