Design – with the taste of classic look and sporty design, the Huawei Watch GT is Huawei’s entry into the popular wearable world. The smartwatch Huawei Watch GT has a classic design with dual crown and a leather or silicon strap option available in different colors. The body is stainless steel with ceramic bezel design. It has a 1.39” inch AMOLED display with 454 x 454 pixel resolution with touch screen support, having a slide and touch gestures.
Under the Hood – the smartwatch is powered by Cortex-M4 chipset and runs the LiteOS,a the homegrown OS of Huawei. It has 128 MB of storage space enough for its OS as well as other additional features and with 16 MB of RAM. It is packed with sensors such as Accelerometer sensor, Gyroscope sensor, Magnetometer sensor, Optical heart rate sensor ,Ambient light sensor, Barometer sensor, GPS.
The smartwatch also supports NFC and Bluetooth 4.2 BLE, sadly the Huawei Watch GT doesn’t support WIFI connectivity. Additional features include are real time heart rate monitoring/reporting, multi-sport mode, intelligent sleep statistics with TRUSLEEP technology, and smart notifications.
With its battery, the Huawei Watch GT has 2 weeks with heart rate monitoring activated, 22 hours on GPS and 30 days with notifications only.
