Makibes P8 Smartwatch – Specs Review
Design
With an increasing demand for a Apple Watch look alike smartwatch, Colmi introduce another rectangular wearable with similarity to an Apple Watch. The Makibes P8 smartwatch, I don’t know if this is just rebranding or not, but it has a lot of similarity to other P8 version of smartwatch in different shopping sites. The Colmi P8 smartwatch has a thin form factor, a metal body with a slim smooth design. It has a single small button on the side that serve as a power button as well as home button. The body of the smartwatch is available in earl black, fog gray, rose gold, glacier blue and rose pink. It is IPx7 waterproof, no worries on wearing it while washing your hands, it is also waterproof and even during rain.
Display
The smartwatch has a beautiful glass screen, it is a 2.5D curved glass screen. On top of the 1.4” inch TFT LCD with 240 x 240 pixel resolution. Far, from the sharp display of Apple Watch, but crisp enough to see the text and graphics very clearly. Aside from the physical buttons on the side, the Makibes P8 smartwatch supports full touch screen method of operation.
Under the Hood
It is loaded with Nordic NRF52832 processor with heart rate sensor, blood pressure monitor, blood oxygen monitor, it also has g-sensor for activity tracking. The smartwatch has Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity with Da Fit support app available in both platforms.

Aside from the above health monitoring, it is also equipped with sleep monitoring, auto step tracking with distance and calorie counter. It also supports multi-mode sports, it has hiking, running, cycling, basketball, football, rope skipping, badminton. It has the usual call and message reminder, social app notifications support, QQ, WeChat, Facebook and other popular social messaging apps.
Battery
Similar to other P8 smartwatch, the Makibes P8 has 170 mAh lithium polymer battery with 15 days of standby time and 3-5 days of normal usage.
