Lenovo HX11 Smartband – Specs Review
Design
Lenovo continuous to bring in affordable wearables in the market. The latest is the Lenovi HX11 smartband, a wearable with a sporty design, having a PC material, its light yet tough and with a comfortable strap. It has a metal edge to give the smartband a highlight making it attractive. Still it is a direct USB method of charging making it simple to charge, eliminating the need for a charging cable. It is dustproof, waterproof up to 5 ATM. Regarding colors, the body is available only in black color while the strap is available in two tone color, red, gray and orange.
Display
The smartband has a high resolution full color screen, it has a 0.96” inch TFT screen with 160 x 80 pixel resolution with high brightness, it looks good with its narrow bezel. Lenovo design a 3D dynamic stereo UI effect making the look of the graphics and the UI look more lively. I guess the only drawback on this, is that the screen don’t have a touch screen support but a touch key feature only.
Under the Hood
Lenovo HX11 smartband runs the Nordic NRF53832 processor , an ultra low power chip with smooth and fast processing. Sensors included are g-sensor, heart rate sensor. It has Bluetooth 4.2 and compatible with Android 4.4 and above or iOS 8.0 or above. It uses the Lenovo Life app as a support app.
Features
The smartband supports weather report, sleep monitoring able to monitor your deep sleep, light sleep state. Other functions included are smart reminder with caller ID and option to read information in the smartwatch. It also supports variety of social app notifications, Facebook, Twitter, WeChat and more. It also has alarm, calendar, sedentary reminder, camera remote control and anti-lost.
Battery
With its 100 mAh battery, the Lenovo HX11 smartband has 20 days of standby time and 7-10 days of normal usage.
