KALOAD F16 Smartwatch – Specs Review
Design
Looking for a sporty, lightweight smartwatch? Check out the KALOAD F16 smartwatch. A rectangular smartwatch with a beautiful trendy design. It is lightweight and thin having a 13.5 mm in thickness only. Unlike other wearables with plain PC or zinc alloy body, the KALOAD f16 has an ECG sensor built on the side of its body. All you need is to touch the sensors on the side with your thumb and forefinger to measure your ECG.
The unique body design is accompanied with a two tone color strap, red in combination of black, yellow/black, gray/black with stainless steel buckle. It has an IP67 waterproof rating, waterproof from splashes of water and rain.
Display
The wearable has a 1.3” inch TFT LCD display screen. It has a full color display screen with vivid, bright colors. The text are sharp, with beautiful colors and supports touch key method of operation. So far, it has a good display screen, and brightness. We cannot confirmed whether it has dual method operation, having touch key and a touch screen operation as well.
Under the Hood
There is no details on the processor, but when it comes to sensors the KALOAD F16 smartwatch has a g-sensor, heart rate monitor, blood pressure as well as an ECG monitor. It has a Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity compatible with Android and iOS platform. It uses the JYouPro support app available in both platforms.
Features
The biggest selling feature of KALOAD F16 is its health feature. It has an ECG feature aside from the HR monitor and blood pressure monitor. It’s a multiple functions in one machine like electrocardiogram, cardiotachometer and blood pressure detector. With its ECG feature you can test your ECG anytime, anywhere. Take note its not that reliable, it will just a preview of your ECG, just to check out if its far from normal. Other functions included are call and message notifications, running, walk, cycling, and climbing.
There is also a step counter accompanied with distance and calorie counter. There is also a sleep monitoring, anti-lost, weather, sedentary reminder and more.
Battery
The KALOAD F16 smartwatch has 170 mAh lithium polymer battery with several days of standby time.
