Samsung again is reviving the interest of wearable fans to its Samsung Gear S3 with the new model of Samsung Gear S3 Frontier. This week Samsung announced the availability of the new Samsung Gear S3 Frontier TUMI Special Edition in partnership with TUMI.
The new Samsung Gear S3 Frontier is still the same Frontier when it comes to specifications. It has the same 1.3 inch AMOLED screen with a 360 x 360 pixel resolution, the same 4 GB of internal memory and 768 of RAM, the battery is 380 mAh battery. Almost all aspect of the smartwatch is the same, from the internal hardware to the body. The Samsung Gear S3 Frontier TUMI Special Edition’s difference is on the watch face on the front and also the TUMI watch band made from Italian canvas. This is not the first time that Samsung partnered with other companies to give its smartwatches with a new look, remember that Samsung also partnered with a popular jeweler company de Grisogono to bring a diamond studded Samsung Gear S2.
Well with the TUMI Special Edition, having the Italian canvas makes the Gear S3 look more classy, office type look, an elegant feel as well as bragging rights of being only few Gear S3 users with the Samsung Gear S3 Frontier TUMI Special Edition. The smartwtach will be available on July 28th and in August 6th, from different partnered online stores.
If you are waiting for the Samsung Gear S4, well Samsung is quite about it; so far only rumors are circulating about the specs and features of the smartwatch, like having a feature that can be charged by a smartphone, a bezel display, twice the battery life, more sensors and so on. So far no hint from Samsung about its details but one thing is for sure, it will be available before the end of 2017.
