Design – MGCool Band is back with the MGCool Band 3, a smartband with a new design, simple yet still have the features that you love on the MGCool Band 2. The device has a 0.66” inch OLED screen with a plastic casing and a silicon strap with stainless steel buckle. It is average in size, 24.80 x 2.42 x 1.10 cm and just weighs 0.0250 kg. It is also waterproof with the IP68 waterproof rating. The band has a sporty look and with a touch button key operation and available in black and red color.
Under the Hood – the MGCool Band 3 runs the NRF51822 chip and with a 256K internal memory. Sensors include pedometer and heart rate monitor, connectivity includes Bluetooth 4.0. It features sedentary reminder, alarm, sleep monitor, call and message notifications, social app notifications such as Facebook,QQ,Twitter,Weibo and WhatsApp.
With 105mAh Lithium Polymer, the smartband has a standby time of up to 10-30 Days.
